There are different types of therapy. There is therapy that deals with physical abilities, there is therapy that deals with the upper body, like the arms, fingers wrists etc. There is also the sports therapy that deals with injuries that a sports person might get e. G. An athlete might suffer from muscle pain, or a tennis player might have arm of wrist problems.

There are therapy programs aimed at kids, for example when your child is suffering from speech problems, a speech therapist can be engaged. If a child is suffering from sensory issues there is tailor made therapy to deal with that. These programs are called pediatric therapy. Geriatric therapy on the other hand is aimed people over 65 years of age.
